1) 问： 请问是不是所有的万事达卡都可以享受到优惠？
答： 只有万事达卡白金卡系列可以享受商户的优惠，包括万事达卡国际组织与会员银行发行之万事达卡白金卡、万事达卡商务卡、万事达卡世界卡、万事达卡钛金卡、万事达卡钻石卡、花旗银行万事达卡钻石卡和荷兰银行黑卡。
Q: Which MasterCard cards can get this privilege offer?
A:MasterCard Platinum and higher level cards includes MasterCard Platinum Cards, MasterCard Business Cards, MasterCard World Cards, MasterCard Titanium Cards, MasterCard Diamond Cards, Citibank MasterCard Diamond Cards and ABN Amro Bank Black Cards.
2) 问:我必须要使用万事达卡白金卡和更高级别的卡刷卡付帐才可以享受到优惠吗?
用现金行吗？
答： 是的，可以享受到优惠。但现金不行
Q： Do I have to use my MasterCard Platinum or higher level cards to pay my bill for getting the offer? How about with cash?
A：Yes, offer is valid only when the payment is with the MasterCard Platinum or higher level cards. If pay with cash, offer is invalid.
3) 问： 我的白金卡卡样和你的酒水牌上显示的卡样好象有些不同，我是否也可以享受到同样的优惠呢？
答：只要您的卡样设计上包含该卡种的标识字样就可以了，比如白金卡上会包含P或Platinum，商务卡包含Business或Corporate，世界卡包含World，钛金卡包含Titanium。请出示您的信用卡，我们来识别是否属于白金卡系列。
Q： My credit card looks a little different from the cards on your cashier stand. Can I get the same privilege offer?
A： So long as your card contains the right identification word or letter. For example, Platinum Card contains “P” or “Platinum”, Commercial Card contains “Business” or “Corporate”, World Card contains “World”, and Titanium Card contains “Titanium”. Please show us your card so we can identify whether it is one of them.
4) 问： 在预定房间或者餐厅座位的时候，我需要提供万事达卡卡号吗？
答： 必要的时候是的，以便确保你的预定成功。
Q： Shall I have to provide the MasterCard card number when booking hotel room or Restaurant seat?
A：Yes, if necessary. And it can help finishing reservation successfully.
5) 问： 如果在结账时，持卡人忘记了使用万事达卡刷卡，该怎么处理呢？
答： 向持卡人解释如果不用MasterCard结帐，将不能享受所提供的优惠。
Q：What shall I do if the cardholders forget to pay the bill by MasterCard?
A：Explain to the cardholders they cannot get offer if not pay by MasterCard.
6) 问： 如果商户忘记了提供给持卡人优惠，商户应该提供什么样的补偿？
答： 退还因未享受优惠而造成的差额损失；赠送免费饮料等
Q： What should merchant do if forget to give offer to cardholders?
A： Return the price difference to cardholders and provide some free drinks etc.
7) 问： 本次优惠活动有效期到何时？
答： 自2010年1月1日到2010年12月31日结束。
Q：When is the deadline for this privilege program?
A：From January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
8) 问： 我怎样才能申办万事达卡白金卡呢？
答： 目前在中国大陆地区发行白金卡系列信用卡的主要银行包括中国工商银行、民生银行、招商银行、广东发展银行、华夏银行、中信实业银行等，您可以向这些银行询问具体申办的要求和程序。
Q： How can I apply for a premium MasterCard card?
A： Currently, ICBC, Minsheng Bank, China Merchants Bank, Guangdong Development Bank, Huaxia Bank and CITIC are issuing Platinum MasterCard Credit Cards. You could call those banks to inquire about detailed procedures.

M的钛金卡和V的御玺卡是在大中华区设置的。台、港白金已经泛滥成灾了，除了普卡就是白金，大陆看来也快了。

大陆引进御玺卡的可能并不大。。。VISA担心啊，这个卡被内地引进了，会像钛金卡一样沦为金卡了，额度10K起。。。
V、M也都不够了解内地人的想法，什么钛金卡、御玺卡。。。尤其那个御玺卡，那么怪的名字。。。
那如：用钻石、白金、金卡那么容易区分和理解啊

在中国一切皆有可能， 从来都不按常理出牌。。。和国际无法接轨根本就在于，他总是按自己的想法出牌。。。

:lol: 应该是台湾那面取的名字吧。御玺卡的广告拍的还是不错的。在国内办张钛金去港台刷，还是很有面子和优惠的。
