關於暫停接受兩地一卡通新開戶申請的通知尊敬的客戶：
多謝您支持本行兩地一卡通服務。
為了提供更優質、更全面的客戶服務，我行正對兩地一卡通系統進行升級改造。為配合該次升級改造，我行決定自2008年12月1日起暫停接受新客戶開立兩地一卡通賬戶申請，恢復時間將另行通知。
上述日期之前已經開立兩地一卡通的客戶，其各項服務不受影響。
對由此可能為您帶來的不便，我分行深感抱歉。但我分行深信在系統升級改造後，您將可以享受一個更方便快捷的服務。

Notice of Temporary Suspension of
All-in-one Card Account Opening Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for your patronage and continued support to our All-in-one Card Account service.
Whilst we are always ready to offer quality and reliable service to our customers, we are pleased to notify you that our computer system for All-in-one Card Account is going to be upgraded shortly. To cope with this arrangement, application for opening of the said Account has to be temporarily suspended with effect from 1st, Dec 2008 until further notice.
Service for Accounts that were opened beforehand, however, will not be affected.
We are sorry for causing you any inconvenience in this regard but trust that you will enjoy a more comprehensive and effective service thereafter. Meanwhile, if you have any enquiry on the above arrangement, please feel free to contact our customer service staffs or call our following customer hotlines during office hours:
